The campus recruitment team wanted to replace two outdated campaigns that no longer spoke to the culture of Liberty Mutual. The strategic solution would need to appeal to both undergraduate and graduate job seekers who felt that working at an insurance company would be boring. A brochure, advertising, booth graphics, experiential activations, social media graphics, and job search portal were some of the assets updated. With the voice focused on “you” and a vibrant energetic set of visuals, the campaign offers that no matter what your pursuit, you can find life happiness at Liberty Mutual. The campaign was so successful that the interim campaign continued for over two years.
