The 10th anniversary of Give with Liberty, Liberty Mutual’s 10-day employee giving campaign, lowered its minimum giving to $10 to inspire first-time givers. The theme ”10 Days to Make a Difference” visually came to life with patterns, vibrant messages, and the number 10. The integrated campaign featured responsive email, video, digital display, employee event activations, signage, an all-employee desk drop, internal intranet marketing, and even a custom birthday cake. 72% of employees pledged over $11.9 million.

Research showed that employees are more likely to give when others tell their inspirational stories about why they give. We asked leadership and employees to submit video stories and upload images with their giving hearts. Stories were used throughout internal communications during the 2-week campaign.
